I loved the location of this hotel as it was secluded and immersed in nature. The rustic decor and ambience added to the charm. The staff members were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service. The breakfast that was served had a great variety and tasted fresh and delicious.
Nothing for me.

In terms of location, this hotel is a perfect spot for nature lovers. The beautiful mountainous surroundings and the peaceful ambiance of the countryside are definitely the best aspects of our stay. Plus, the hotel offers clean and spacious rooms that provide a great night's sleep. Another advantage of staying here is the delicious and affordable food offered at their restaurant. It’s a great place to eat if you’re on a budget.
Sadly, our experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. One of the worst aspects was the lack of staff friendliness, especially towards non-German speaking guests. Moreover, the hotel only accepted cash payments and did not inform us about this before we arrived. Also, the sound insulation in the rooms was so poor that we could hear the drunk and noisy guests until late at night.

The isolated location, cleanliness, rustic decor, and fantastic mountain views from the balconies made our stay at Alpenhof Reuterwanne truly memorable. The family-run hotel's welcoming owners impressed us with their excellent home cooking and the recent improvements they made. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and the Bavarian countryside surrounding the hotel was perfect for hiking and exploring. A real find in the beautiful Bavarian Alps.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and luscious greenery. The breakfast served was delicious and authentic, allowing us to enjoy the local cuisine. We received warm and friendly service from the staff which made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The location was a bit far from the town center and made it difficult for us to find our way there. we realized that the hotel didn't accept card payments which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival.

This mountain inn was ideal for those seeking tranquility and calm. Surrounded by picturesque countryside, it offered the opportunity to listen to cowbells and enjoy the peace and quiet. the cozy, spacious rooms were equipped with bright, comfortable German bedding, while breakfast was a typically Bavarian country feast. With friendly and welcoming staff, the hotel also provided lovely dinners and accordian entertainment on some evenings.
Some aspects might be disappointing - no credit card facilities is a surprise, as well as staff's lack of basic English, and the absence of an ATM nearby, making access to cash necessary.
